About paul
Hi, I'm Paul Dietrich. For over a decade, I've been passionate about getting my students excited to learn math and supporting my colleagues with strategies and tools that they can use in the classroom.
I started as a high school and middle school math teacher, and those years taught me something crucial — teachers and administrators are creative problem-solvers by nature. Still, they're often forced to choose between "good enough" solutions and spending countless hours searching for a perfect tool that doesn't exist. With the advent of AI, I’ve come to this realization: we don't need to search for better tools. We can create them ourselves.
I've worn many hats as a K12 public school educator: I taught Computer Fundamentals alongside math, co-founded an esports club at my middle school that's still thriving today, was a Mathematics Engineering Science Achievement (MESA) advisor, facilitated professional development sessions for both my district and others, spoke at conferences, and am currently an Academic Coach.
Today, I'm passionate about "vibe coding" — creating custom solutions that tailor to your exact needs, your school, your classroom, your students. I love the process of understanding a problem, imagining what's possible, and creating something uniquely yours using AI and thoughtful design.
My goal is to help all educators (administrators, teachers, and school staff) learn how to use AI to do the heavy lifting on the mundane tasks so that they can focus their creativity and time on what matters most — their students.
